Green Employee Benefits

We support employers in offering sustainable secondary employment benefits that are fiscally attractive and aligned with today’s social expectations. Our approach provides employees with access to energy solutions for their own homes, facilitated by the employer.

  • Solar panels
  • Home batteries
  • Heat pumps
  • EV charging stations

These installations are placed at the employee’s home. Your organization invests in sustainability in a tax-efficient manner, indirectly reduces energy costs, and makes a tangible contribution to climate goals.

Comparable to reimbursing education costs, this green employment benefit delivers clear added value: a sustainable connection with your staff.

Employer Advantages

  • Tax-optimized green employment benefits
  • Increased employee satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribution to your ESG goals
  • Distinctive and future-proof employer brand
  • Full tax and legal compliance
